bet jelli is an online betting and gaming platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bet jelli website, mobile application and all related services.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) secure. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the bet jelli support team immediately.

The minimum age to participate in any casino or betting activity on bet jelli is 21 years. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bet jelli is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment method registered in the user's name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the relevant bonus has been met.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bet jelli is not responsible for transactions where the user provides an incorrect account number or details. Any transaction-related issue must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bet jelli offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bet jelli runs weekly bonuses, cricket special offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the relevant offer page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may not claim the same bonus more than once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once wagering is complete.
• If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bet jelli reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected, the authority has the right to cancel the bonus and withhold winnings.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed on bet jelli, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to check all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or loss of connection during a game or betting session causes any disruption, bet jelli reserves the right to void the result of the relevant bet or game session. In such cases, any staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If abnormal or incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, bet jelli reserves the right to apply the correct odds or void the bet.

6.4 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games and slot games are operated under the rules of the respective game provider. bet jelli only provides access to these games and does not interfere in the game algorithm or outcome determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet jelli platform:

• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraud, deceptive activity or use of computer software to attempt to manipulate results.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of bet jelli's systems.
• Colluding with other players in a group or coordinated strategy to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or operating an account using false or incorrect information.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. bet jelli reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact the bet jelli support team. It is the user's own responsibility to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by Authority

bet jelli may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or unusual transaction patterns.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Age-related information found to be false.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period. Please contact the support team regarding this.

• Loss of a bet due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
